Warm Weather Whiskey

Don't be fooled by Old Fashioneds or Manhattans -- whiskey can be a warm weather spirit in it's own right. There are beautiful whiskey cocktails like the New York Sour with a float of dry red wine, the Blinker with lemon, raspberries and a grapefruit peel, and/or the classic Whiskey Sour, with or without an egg white (your choice, we'll take you through both ways).

Vacation Through Your Drinks

Travel is beginning to start up again, but in the meantime, what better way to get excited about it than through drinks? Refreshing rum cocktails are a vacation in a glass: Impress your friends with the Queen's Park Swizzle, one of the most beautiful cocktails of all time with rum, lime, mint, and angostura bitters, or learn how to make amazing Mojitos at home, and/or learn how a couple simple professional tricks can make something simple like a Classic Daiquiri into what we believe is the best simple refreshing drink on the planet.

Crowd Pleasers With Gin

Those of us who live and work in the cocktail world consider gin to be the undisputed king of cocktail spirits, and that's never clearer than in simple drinks like the French 75, with gin, lemon, and sparkling wine, which has tons of great and fascinating history and is one of the best brunch cocktails ever made, or consider the Eastside Rickey, which of all uncountable thousands of cocktails Adam and I have made over our careers, is probably the biggest crowd pleaser, insofar as we have never, ever had someone not like it.
